Schedule a call with our team to discuss your child's needs, strengths, and goals.
Complete Forms
Submit required documentation including medical forms and intake questionnaire.
Pay Deposit
Upon acceptance, secure your child's spot with a $1,000 non-refundable deposit (applied to tuition).
